Ingredients:
Rolled Oats/ Muesli: 1 cup
Black Raisins: 1⁄2 cup
Pomegranate: 1⁄2 cup
Fresh Mango pulp: 1 cup
Chia seeds: 3 tablespoons
Any nut milk / Soya milk: 2 Cups
Soaking:
Soak chia seeds in the milk for 1 hour.
Tips:
Pre preparation can be done a night before & refrigerated to reduce your time before breakfast.
Method of layering:
As you see the layers in the picture, start layering with muesli then dry raisins & pomegranate. Add the soaked chia seeds without the milk then the thick mango pulp over the dry layers. You can refrigerate it to eat it later or can be eaten immediately after layering. As we are using natural fruit pulp there is already sweetness, so there’s no need to add any other sweeteners. It blends perfectly well.
When & How to Consume:
Serves as a complete breakfast. Use a long glass as shown in the picture for layering. To reach the bottom of the glass use a long handled spoon.
