Ripe Strawberries= 8 to 10 #
Dry Ginger powder= 1⁄2 tsp
Lemon juice = 2 tsp
Coconut Sugar = 2 tablespoons
Method: Quarter the strawberries. Add them to a pan with dry ginger powder & coconut sugar.
Allow it to cook for at least 6 to 8 minutes. Fruit cooks & binds well. If the consistency has not
yet formed, leave it to cook for a few more minutes. Once done, cool the jam & add lemon juice.This acts as a preservative.
Storage: Store in a glass bottle in the refrigerator. It retains its freshness for at least 8 to 10 days.
Where it can be used: Over a toast/ With Ice cream / Tart filling/ Puffs.
